Proven Track Record
As an owner-managed and experienced investment and asset manager, we have been investing in residential and commercial real estate in the Berlin metropolitan region since 1998. We are increasingly pursuing the market for medium- to long-term investments in other cities. Our previous acquisitions cover a broad purchasing profile, from portfolio transactions with several hundred units to individual property purchases with a considerable need for renovation.
